Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is also called inductively coupled plasma or high-frequency plasma. The frequency of the power source for generating it is generally between 3 and 100 MHz.

ICP, which is a spectral light source, currently only uses 27.12MHz or 40.68MHz, and the power is between 0.6~1.5kW, depending on the characteristics of the sample.

Features of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer:

1 Multi-element analysis can be performed quickly and simultaneously, and up to 73 elements in the periodic table can be measured.

2 The measurement sensitivity is high, including elements that easily form refractory oxides.

3 Low matrix effect, easy to establish analysis method

4 The standard curve has a wide linear dynamic range

5 has good precision and repeatability
