1. ICP-AES analysis performance characteristics
An ideal analytical method should be: it can measure multiple components at the same time; the measurement range is wide (low content and high content components can be measured at the same time); it has high sensitivity and good accuracy; it can be applied to samples in different states Analysis; the operation should be simple and easy to master. The HK-8100 inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) analysis method has these excellent analysis characteristics:
⑴ HK-8100 ICP-AES method is first of all an emission spectrum analysis method, which can measure multiple elements simultaneously.
In the emission spectrum analysis method, as long as the atom to be measured is in an excited state, the respective characteristic spectral lines can be emitted simultaneously for measurement. The HK-8100ICP-AES instrument is a single-channel scanning instrument that can simultaneously measure a large number of elements in the same sample solution. Except for He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe inert gases, c, H, O, N, S, most elements can be measured. Of course, in practical applications, not all elements can be easily determined by the ICP-AES method. ⑵ ICP light source is a thin light source with little self-absorption phenomenon. The linear range of the calibration curve of HK-8100ICP-AES method can reach 5~6 orders of magnitude, that is, the content of 0.00n%~n0% can be measured simultaneously. In most cases, the element concentration is simply linear with the measurement signal. Both low-concentration components (less than mg/L) and high-concentration components (hundreds or thousands of mg/L) can be measured at the same time.
⑶ ICP-AES method has high evaporation, atomization and excitation ability, and it is electrodeless discharge and no electrode contamination. Due to the abnormally high temperature of the plasma light source (torch is as high as 10,000 degrees, the sample area is also above 6000 ℃), the chemical interference and matrix interference of general analysis methods can be avoided. Compared with other spectral analysis methods, the interference level is relatively low. The plasma torch has a higher temperature than general chemical flames, and can atomize and excite elements that are difficult to excite in general chemical flames, so it is beneficial to the determination of elements that are difficult to excite. And it is not easy to generate refractory metal oxides in Ar atmosphere, so that the matrix effect and the influence of coexisting elements become insignificant. Many can be measured directly, making the analysis operation simple and practical.
⑷ ICP-AES method has the stability and measurement accuracy of solution sampling analysis method, and its analysis accuracy can be compared with wet chemical method. And the detection limit is very good. The detection limit of many elements is less than 1mg/L (1ppm). With the HK-8100ICP-AES instrument, its measurement accuracy can be below 1.5% when it performs well, and some short-term accuracy is 1%RSD . HK-8100ICP-AES is a solution analysis method that can be calibrated with reference materials and is traceable.

2. Sampling technology for ICP-AES analysis
HK-8100ICP-AES sampling technology is liquid atomized sampling.
Just dissolve the sample to make a solution with a certain concentration. Dissolving it into a solution and then analyzing it can not only eliminate the interference and non-uniformity of the sample structure, but also facilitate the preparation of standard samples. Fast analysis speed can measure more than 15 elements within 1 minute. Moreover, automatic determination can be achieved. There are probably more elements that can be measured than any similar analysis method. It is certain that there is no simultaneous analysis method that can match it. In the application of HK-8100ICP-AES method, the operation and use of the instrument are much simpler, but the pretreatment of the sample is very important and critical. If the sample processing is not completely clear, the high precision instrument will be useless.
